What if I told you, you already have everything you need to be happy and successful and the only thing holding you back is the way you communicate with yourself? I've been there - years of emotional self-sabotage and defeatist mindsets. Did I have my reasons? Sure. More importantly, I had the solution. Buried beneath the internal wind of doubt was a relentless flame of hope. Through every setback, I found myself reaching back into the ring. There were times I had to coach myself to health. 


To my surprise - I was a terrible quitter. I realized that falling down was easy. Staying down was HARD. Who knew? I was shocked to discover my own resilience. Through the years, I cultivated authentic confidence and sat at tables that I never thought I would. I changed my world. I changed my mind. I changed my language. 


One of the greatest honors of my life has been helping people to health by interrupting their internal communication and supporting them as they cultivate new patterns to drive positive impact in their personal and professional environments.

EQ is a form of intelligence that encompasses many skill sets, including stress management, resilience, managing conflict productively, powerful influencing skills, catalyzing change, teamwork and collaboration, building trust and more. EQ is about being aware of ourselves and others, in the moment, and using that awareness to manage our behavior.
